Born in Argentina in 1969. She studied at the University of Cinema, in Buenos Aires, and was a fellow of the Berlinale Talent Campus. Paula made her debut in feature film with "Herencia" (2001), presented at the 28th Mostra. She also made the documentary "Familia Lugones" (2007) and the fiction features "Lluvia" (2008), "One Love" (2011) and "The Sleepwalkers" (2019), presented at film festivals like the Havana, Mar del Plata, San Sebastián and Toronto.
