Jean Luc Herbulot
Born in Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo, in 1983. He studied film editing in Paris and made short films like "Concurrence Loyale" (2009) and "Stabat Mater" (2011). Directed the feature "Dealer" (2014) and created, wrote, and co-directed the series "Sakho & Mangane" (2020). "Saloum" is his second feature film.
