Born in the USA in 1967. He studied at the University of Southern California. Director, screenwriter, producer and author, he is one of the founders of the Slamdance Film Festival. Mirvish directed the features "Omaha (The Movie)" (1995), "Open House" (2004), "Between Us" (2013) and "Bernard and Huey" (2017), presented at the 41st Mostra.
