Graduated in film from the University of São Paulo, Cesar Cabral works as a director, animator and producer in film and TV projects. He has directed the award-winning short films "Dossiê Rê Bordosa" (2008) and "Tempestade" (2011), as well as the TV series "Angeli the Killer" (2017), which is shown on Canal Brasil. "Bob Spit - We Don`t Like People" is his first feature film.
