Arsalan Amiri
Born in Kurdistan, Iran. He studied film directing and dramatic literature in Tehran. Amiri has worked as an editor, writer and producer, often in collaboration with Ida Panahandeh, in films like "Nahid" (2015), awarded at Cannes. "Zalava" is his first feature film as director.
