The day-to-day lives of the homeless men and women who pick up recycleable litter from the streets of São Paulo. This is the third part in a tetralogy that began with On the Fringes of São Paulo: Homeless, which won 19 awards in festival in Brazil and abroad, and followed on with On the Fringes of São Paulo: Squatting, which received Best Film by Popular Jury at the Brasília Film Festival.
