French Director Alain Cavalier has built up this story as from a series of pictures of common people taken with a digital camera. "I get along well with anyone, so long as I am interested in what he/she does. I have a tendency, always, to want to film - and that may last for only one afternoon or for years on end. All of this material will serve for the films I am going to make. So, I store a lot of films that I edit, trim, or berate. Later, out of sheer delight midst this disorder, four films may become one, bringing together people that have never before met", says the Director referring to his method of work. Alone, camera in hand, Cavalier transforms these lives into performance.
