A journey from the north to the south of the state of Minas Gerais in search of the Joãos in Brazil and the stories of their lives. The directors interviewed 73 Joãos (72 men and one woman) of which 23 make up the documentary. The film consists of 100 hours of material that took 4 months to edit. A tribute from one of the directors (named João) to his grandfather, (also João)
