Sobre o filme
Animal trafficking and teenage sexual exploitation. Real time poetry: hard and dry. Jessica, a 15 years old girl from Brazilian northeast countryside, watches her family ruin. She flees to Recife, and there stumbles onto sex tourism and on Mark’s love, a tourist from Berlin. Happy Desert won the Best Direction Award at the 2007 Guadalajara International Film Festival.
