Documentary in 16mm on actor and director Anselmo Duarte. With statements by Anselmo himself, the film shows the start of his career as actor and director, a phase where he was a romantic lead in national cinema, the Golden Palm in Cannes, 1962 with The Given Word, and the outcome of the award on his career and on his life. We pay tribute to Anselmo Duarte in the 27th Mostra, where he is a member of the International Jury.
