From the back room of a prostitution den, the outlaw Rainha Diaba controls the city’s organized crime with an iron fist. To prevent one of his front men from falling into the hands of the police, Rainha Diaba tasks Catitu with inventing a dangerous bandit and delivering him to the police in the place of the wanted man. Catitu goes out and meets Bereco, a young man supported by the cabaret singer Isa. Catitu attracts Bereco to a series of crimes, projecting him as a dangerous bandit.
